I agree black should capture at A8. In a real game, I think while will induce the capture of B6 by playing C8, but would not descent to A8. If the eye is required for black to live, black will simply protect at A7, so white wastes a ko threat. If the black stones are already alive, then black will lose only 1 point by loosing the eye, so black will just play elsewhere gaining sente. So white A8 is bad – it either wastes a ko threat, or is 2-3 points gote.

I think in a real life situation white would induce the capture of B6 playing C8, then approach on A8, black preventing a false eye by connecting on A7, white gaining sente? Or is that short-sighted? Enjoying the videos :]
